Coffee tables sit 40–45 cm high, level with or just below the sofa seat. Side tables match the arm of the seat beside them, usually 55–65 cm.

What size centre table suits my sofa?
About two-thirds the length of your sofa, at roughly seat height or slightly lower. We adjust for your room and how you use the table. That being said, life is not just about rules. Sometimes function follows form. So yes, an oversized table or that diminutive stack of tables can work too. We just need to match the overall aesthetics.
How far should a centre table sit from the sofa?
About 40–45 cm. Close enough to reach a cup, far enough to walk past. A center table has to follow your habits. Do you put a leg up on the table while you watch TV? Well, we have to take that into consideration too.
What is a live-edge table?
A table whose edge follows the natural outline of the tree instead of being cut straight. Each slab is different, so no two live-edge tables are the same. These tables can sometimes be embellished with epoxy as an accent and also for joinery purposes. Depending on the material and the cracks, the table will need butterfly joints to ensure zero movement. Done aesthetically, these joints become a conversation starter.
Can you make a round wooden coffee table?
Yes. Round tables suit tighter living rooms and homes with children. Size, height and base are made for your space.
Can a coffee table have storage?
Yes — drawers, a lower shelf or a hidden compartment, designed so the table still looks calm.
What size should a side table be?
Usually about the height of your sofa or chair arm, with a top just large enough for a lamp, a book and a cup. We size it to the seat it sits beside.
Can you make a matching pair of side tables?
Yes. Pairs are made from the same batch of wood so grain and tone match as closely as nature allows.
Are your tables safe for homes with pets?
Yes. We round edges, use stable bases that don't tip, and finishes that handle everyday wear. Our Paw series was designed around life with dogs.
Can you make a statement coffee table for a large living room?
Yes. In a large room a centre table can anchor the space. We design scale, form and material so it holds its own without crowding.
