This one takes five days to make. Every cut in the patterning is deliberate. The finish is food-safe mineral oil — applied in three coats, hand-buffed between each.

Care & Maintenance
- Hand wash only — warm water and mild soap. Dry immediately.
- Never soak or submerge — even food-safe oil finishes degrade with prolonged water contact.
- Re-oil every 3 months with food-grade mineral oil to maintain the finish.
- For scratches: light sand with 600-grit and reapply mineral oil.
